The ability to follow a system (one that has been developed and tested for over 26 years) is essential for success in any franchise. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel with Sadkhin.

If you’re not comfortable following established systems, you might be very entrepreneurial by nature, and it’s possible that a franchise isn’t right for you. Following a system is very important to being successful in any franchise. In franchising, the policies and procedures are in place to ensure brand consistency and fairness amongst all locations and franchisees.

Do you have a desire to work for yourself?

Great! Sadkhin wants franchisees that have the desire to be their own boss. If you are tired of the corporate rat race, Sadkhin can provide a unique alternative to transition from working “for the man” to “being the man (or woman) in charge!”

As a member of the Sadkhin franchise family, you’re never truly alone in this venture. Sadkhin offers tremendous training and support to all our franchisees, but this will be YOUR business.

Do you have people management experience?

Yes

Terrific. Sadkhin is truly a people management business. If you have managed teams and understand the challenges and rewards of recruiting, training and retaining staff, then Sadkhin has the potential to be a great fit for you.

The Sadkhin franchise opportunity is a manager-run business model. If you haven’t been a people manager before, you’ll want to decide early on if you are comfortable in a management position. Sadkhin has franchisees in our system that didn’t have prior management experience. You may want to consider partnering with someone who has management experience in their background.

Have you ever owned a business before?

Yes

Business experience is always a plus when you are looking to get into a new or additional business venture. You don’t need to know anything about the weight loss industry, but we certainly love it when you have a business background!

No worries! Most new Sadkhin franchisees are getting into a business for the first time.
